I’m Amelia. 3x founder. 2 exits. Most of my career, I have turned teams into profit machines. We’ve pushed mostly on caffeine, force, and late Friday-night launches.
Then came Poncho.
One afternoon, that horse bucked me clean out of the saddle and landed me flat on my back in the dirt. As I lay there waiting to be trampled, the dust settled, and the absurdity of my former life washed over me. I had spent years striving, overthinking, and performing, yet a thousand-pound animal had brought me to my knees in a single second. The buck-off wasn't the failure; it was the wake-up call. Right there in the dirt, I stopped fighting for control and wrestling comparison, and I started choosing connection and flow. Poncho taught me what no boardroom ever could: real feminine power isn’t about trying to “girl-boss harder.” It’s the quiet, ancient force that moves mountains when you stand in your truth as an authentic, imperfect human, creator, and lover of life.
I realized so many of us are missing the key that unlocks all the goodness waiting for us at work, at home, and in our relationships. When you know how to anchor in your own self-worth, practice real self-love, and build the confidence to live both out loud, the whole world gets better.
That realization birthed Cowgirl Creative Co., a soul-led community. We bring custom programs directly into retreats, corporate and social events, speaking engagements, and personal and professional coaching. Plus, I create original mixed-media art as a tangible reflection of your journey.
I created this company to help people stop overcomplicating their success, step into their innate strength, and remember that you can build or rebuild just about anything without losing yourself or your sense of humor. And around here, we don't view cowboys as competition; we love our male counterparts, champion them, and know that the best results come when we work and live alongside one another productively as true partners.
